Automatic Winding Machines

Winding machines are designed for the production of different coils from various application, Machine models
varies depending on the size and the Volume requirement from low, medium and high volume segments. Machine
are equipped with powerful four axes driven by a Servo Motor with a programmable control system, these
machines can wind and wrap automatically with the start and finish terminations. They are more flexible, user
friendly, Machines can also be integrated directly, without shuttle, on Coil Production Lines for higher production
volumes.

These machines can be integrated with other accessories, finishing machines such as soldering and welding,
production and assembly lines.

Automatic Functional Testing & Sorting Machine

The Machine consists of a Aluminium Profile table, supporting Mechanical assembly, Control System and housing Testing Instruments.

The operator manually places the coil into the tooling provided and presses the two hand push button for cycle start.

The tool moves on a LM guide supported bracket actuated by a pneumatic Cylinder for testing. The following test operations takes place in sequence.

  1. Ohmic Test.
  2. Impulse Test.
  3. Insulation Test.

If the coil fails in any one of the above test, it will be automatically ejected to a reject bin. The system will be controlled through PLC with PC for storing and editing testing parameters. The Machine will be covered with Acrylic guards.

Solar EVA TPT Cutting Machine

EVA/TPT cutting machine is designed to cut and punch hole in EVA and TPT material. This machine is PLC controlled with auto counting and alarm feature along with an industrial HMI for the operator’s input. Safety has been our top concern while designing this machine however this machine should be operated with high precaution and prior knowledge about this machine’s operation is compulsory before operating the machine.

Cable Cutting and Stripping Machine

  • The 32-bit cortex-M3 processor control system, the running speed of the period 72M, 100mm is the fastest per minute to complete the wire stripping and cutting more than 70 times.
